Chrome CR

Features

Small is the new big. Introducing the elemental digitizer – a lightweight, compact, tabletop scanner designed specifically for small practice. This affordable solution produces amazing image quality and is backed by powerful optics, sensors and a solid-state mechanical drive system. It allows physicians, that require low throughput, to achieve an amazing workflow at a much lower cost than standard computed radiography systems.

We’ve also taken it a step further by optimizing your phosphor screen detectors so they can sustain amazing image quality over time. Phosphor screens are not meant to bend, fold, or pass through rollers. This is a common problem across many computed radiography scanners, which in turn leads to image degradation, artifacts and eventual replacement. Chrome addresses this problem with True Flat Scan Path ™ technology. This means we ensure the phosphor screen never leaves its protective cassette, thus preserving image quality and preventing any damage during acquisition. True Flat Scan Path ™ technology is the solution to long-term excellence in image quality. It promises over 300,000+ images per phosphor screen. No one in the market has come close to this level of quality assurance which is why iCRco maintains its position as a world leader in computed radiography solutions.

Powered by  ICE-2 the next generation of image processing. We reinvented our processing algorithm to enhance image quality, maximize resolution, and offer advanced tools for image manipulation. ICE-2 offers an automatic image processing package that increases visualization of fine-line detail and soft-tissue contrast. We also integrated a Smart Smoothing™ technology that improves image quality while preserving diagnostic detail for thicker body parts.
